Enforcement of Standards of Conduct
Any H.E.A.R.T.H. member that observes conduct by any individual at H.E.A.R.T.H. activities that is not consistent with these standards is requested to, in love, remind them of these standards. In the case of minors, the parents should also be advised. If such conduct persists, it should be brought to the attention of a H.E.A.R.T.H. board member. If personal harm is involved, the leadership of that activity should be notified immediately.
At the discretion of the board member, the board member may,
1. Make an additional appeal to the individual (and/or parents, in the case of a minor) to refrain from the unacceptable conduct.
2. Request the individual to leave the location of the activity.
3. Bring the conduct to the attention of the full board for action.
A quorum of the board, at a regular or specially called meeting, will determine what course of further action, if any, is necessary.
