The H.E.A.R.T.H. Board of Directors is composed
of 5 members of the organization who have been elected to 3-year terms.
The official offices of H.E.A.R.T.H. are as
follows:
President
The President supervises and moderates all of the business and affairs of
H.E.A.R.T.H and performs all other duties as may be prescribed by
the Board of Directors.
Vice President
In the absence of the President, the Vice-president performs all the
duties of the President, and performs all other duties as may be assigned
by the President or by the Board of Directors.
Secretary
The Secretary keeps the minutes of the proceedings of the Board of
Directors, is the custodian of the corporate records, and performs all
duties incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties as may be
assigned by the President or by the Board of Directors.
Treasurer
The Treasurer has charge and custody of and is responsible for all funds
and securities of H.E.A.R.T.H., and performs all of the duties incident to
the office of Treasurer and such other duties as may be assigned by the
President or by the Board of Directors.
